Adapting educational requirements to individual psychophysical abilities of students with documented disabilities

On April 5, 2018 our Centre hosted workshops on adapting the educational requirements to a student with disabilities verified and documented by a school psychological-pedagogical clinic.

The training was aimed to develop teachers’ skills in recognizing students’ disabilities, interpreting the documentation of disabilities, planning the individualised support, the scope and conditions for accommodation while teaching a student with documented disability.

The participants also became familiar with specialist literature and various teaching resources helpful in the process of individualisation of educational accommodation.
